I love this fragrance SO much! It’s the newest addition to my collection. I like the all over body spray for a lighter way to wear the fragrance, however most days I feel pretty extra and layer this with the perfume too. Tom Ford also has sprays for their summer scents too like Soleil Blanc, Sole di Positano, Neroli Portofino, Costa Azzura, Mandarino Di Amalfi and Fleur de Portofino. Subtle enough for layering, or beautiful on their own. TF is known for making bold, rich fragrances so the body sprays are great for someone who is looking for a lighter way to wear the fragrance - I also find the aerosol spray is a very efficient way to apply the product too.
The bougie-est of all face creams! I love this stuff (also have a full review of the original La Mer formula here). La Mer has a variation of this potent cream for every skin type, from super dry to oily/combo. I use this day and night (add SPF after during the day). It’s an all in one, anti aging cream that helps with fine lines, pores and elasticity. Sounds too good to be true, right? That’s what I’ve thought too, but really love the results I’ve been seeing. My skin is brighter and bouncier - where it’s more supple and makeup just sits better. There are a ton of great face creams out there and it’s important to find the right one for your skin - and the Summer Sale is the perfect time to try something new!
If you follow along on my Insta stories, you may have seen that I recently added this to my nightly routine. It’s supposed to be a retinol alternative for those with more sensitive skin or have an allergy to retinol. It’s technically a serum, but has an oil like texture - it feels super nourishing and moisturizing, I love it! If you have oily skin you might even be able to use this by itself. Herbivore is known for their clean beauty with natural but effective ingredients. Looking forward to seeing more results!
I’ve used Summer Fridays R&R mask for a few months now (even got my hubby hooked!) but recently added the Overtime and Jetlag mask to the collection. I’ve been a big fan of Marianna Hewitt for a while and love what she’s doing with the Summer Fridays line. These masks are amazing - they address so many different skin concerns! My favorite of the moment is the Overtime mask. This one is focused on exfoliation and brightening dull, tired skin. It has a cinnamon scent and packed with micro exfoliating beads. I leave it on for 10 minutes and before rinsing use damp hands to buff in for another 30 seconds or so. It makes my skin baby soft and does NOT strip my skin. I was so impressed with how comfortable it felt afterward since many exfoliants can make my skin feel dry and tight. 10/10 recommend!
This is hands down my favorite line for candles - and I’ve tried many! Candles are kinda my thing, when I’m home I almost always have one lit. Capri Blue has a clean burn and lasts a long time. My favorite scent is Volcano - lush sugared citrus. It’s light and refreshing and great for year round. Plus how cute if the bubblegum pink jar?
All about my cleansing oils guys!!! Contrary to some of the mixed reviews for this oil, I find it really great at removing all my makeup, better than some other oils actually. It says not to use near the eye area, but being the rule breaker that I am use it to remove all my makeup including eye and have never had any issues. Once it emulsifies, it becomes a frothy layer on the skin. I’ll really go ham and massage into my skin for at least 30-45 seconds. The key to ANY cleanser is to make sure you are cleansing long enough! With an oil, it’s a great way to begin lymphatic drainage and ensure you get every ounce of makeup off. This oil makes my skin feel SO comfortable afterward!
Olaplex is my holy grail hair care products - their stuff just works! My new favorite combo is the No. 6 balm and No. 7 oil mixed together. Straight fire! A little bit of the balm goes a long way. I usually use about a nickel sized amount with a 3-4 drops of the oil mixed in. The scent is so beautiful (slightly tropical) and once it’s applied to hair, it instantly helps detangle. That was actually one of the first things I noticed was how easy it was to apply and how quickly it’s absorbed in.
At first I was realllyy skeptical due to the price point. They are definitely more expensive than all the other lip glosses/stains that I own. Nothing TF is ever cheap, but definitely worth it! The color pay off for these lacquers is INSANE. You really don’t need much product to get a very bold lip that lasts. I wore the color “Infatuation” around for a few hours and it lasted me through drinks and apps with no touch up needed! V impressed.
I’m a sucker for anything small and cute - including mini sizes of my favorite products! These are great for travel or if you aren’t ready to commit to a full size bottle yet. It’s one of my go to primers, and sometimes I mix it into foundation for an even smoother look. Currently loving the Blur formula!
Y’all, this conditioner is SO LEGIT! I’ve used the shampoo for a while now and for some reason thought it would be a good idea to try the conditioner too (hard to say why I waited so long!). It’s an intensely moisturizing formula, a little on the thicker side yet very easy to maneuver through hair. After just a couple uses I’ve already seen a difference in toning down brassy undertones. I’m due for highlights and this has for sure helped extend the icy bitch blonde hue that I’m always going for ;) Repurchasing for sure!
